About Us:

The Connecticut Chapter of CMSA (CT1) was incorporated on 5/30/1997 and is an affiliated chapter of the International Case Management Society of America. CT-CMSA is a non-profit, multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary association of health care professionals that includes both case managers and allied health care professionals.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to promote increased awareness of the Case Management profession and establish standards of excellence throughout the case management process.

Vision Statement

  • Provide a positive contribution to the development of the professional case manager.  


  • Provide high quality member programs, services and networking opportunities responsive to the needs of all.


  • Increase the visibility, credibility and impact of CMSA/CT-CMSA on issues of public policy and Health Care Reform.
  • Inform consumers and other healthcare professionals regarding the positive impact of effective case management intervention.
